The Congress of the USA has more deniers than acceptors, there also is a great lag between emitting carbon and when it is in the atmosphere. If 1 degree C is the limit, there is no way to stop it from exceeding this limit. The window is closing faster than our politicians are being truthful. Other thoughts?
