But all the clips are old VCR tapes by fans. NBC has or won't make available their copies of his old show.

I watched Dave from his daytime show on. Huge fan.

During the summer of '80, I'd make time in the morning to watch Dave's show (I was 14). Wednesday's going to be emotional for me.
