the suit and tie makes him look intelligent. I can't get over the expression of the young lady sitting behind him: a real WTF look on her face!!!

. . . but what jumps out at me is how Inhofe says the snow is "unseasonal." I believe he made the speech in January. Snow is normal in DC in January. What am I missing?
