No - really - the one flailing away with his baton..... whatcha wanna bet his wife said "Not tonight dear." ? Or maybe his teenage son sassed him back at dinner the night before. Or maybe he can't get a raise because the GOP-minded folks that control his recompense can't find a few bucks more cause of their shining resistance to raising revenue. And then we'd have him HOLD IN those frustrations with this convenient punching bag of misfortune lying on the ground in front of him??? Nah!

It's time to stop talking about how awful it all is and start demanding answers...
Where are many of our PDs receiving their training? Is it somewhere one might consider a war zone? C'mon guys, it's part of the discussion.
Further, LEO use/abuse of steroids should be investigated and its full impact brought into the public view.
And BTW - Our local university Psychiatric Emergency Services used to have a Mobile Crisis Team, composed of clinical social workers, who accompanied police whenever a call likely entailed a mental health issue.
I guess in our NWO there's no longer room for that. As the OP said, Just beat the fuck out of them.
