Not necessarily, if you keep it up, you will probably get deleted, and be changed from "sinotized" to "Name Deleted".

However, that will not delete OTHER posts that say things like:

"This user sinotized has some kind of really weird problem?"

or

"WTF is wrong with sinotized?"

Even if you are deleted, Google will only turn up search results if other people say sinotized a lot.

So, make sure that doesn't happen.
