it's just a euphemism for saying they want to continue cutting working class programs instead of raising taxes on the rich.

After 12 years of the lowest tax rates on millionaires in the last 60 years, those cuts didn't create any jobs.
Except for the people who build yachts - the only industry that didn't suffer a downturn in the last dozen years.

... a loss of healthcare to tens of millions, would weaken the concept that healthcare is necessary for anyone. You could find your own healthcare package dwindling away.
