Mental institutions for some political punishment . Prisons for our mentally ill.
Years ago there was a story about a New York police officer who did some reporting that went against the official story-something about quotas I think. He was awoken from his sleep and taken to a mental institution. I think he won his law suit.
Many of our prisoners suffer from untreated mental illness that we put in prison-it's more profitable.
