Gaddafi prime minister Al-Baghdadi Al-Mahmoudi blamed Tawergha for Misrata.

Skip to the 3m30s mark where this piece of crap asshole blamed Tawergha for the fighting in Misrata. Never mind that Gaddafi's own people set up operations in Tawergha. People were saying that were it not for NATO the violence and cleansing of Tawergha would not have happened. Nope. This is direct, undeniable evidence that in fact Gaddafi's own regime was fomenting a race war. I said it all along but this is objective evidence that they were doing it, from the mouth of Gaddafi's own prime minister.

I have read heartbreaking stories of Libyans who had taken Tawergha into their families, treating them as brothers and sisters. When the revolution started, the Tawergha turned on them, burned their stores, killed and raped their former host families. That is what enraged some Misratans. I do not believe in revenge - but there are always those in the group of people who do.

He should've never made them attack Misrata. He should've never set up operations in Tawergha.

You can tell the attitude of the Prime Minister that he simply didn't care and if he could pit black African's against Arab Libyan's he would do so.
