could be spent on lots of jobs and homes for them instead of on big bonuses and salaries for people in the upper echelons of the defense industry.
It seems like there has been a big problem with how people determine the budget and all the more has it been challenging when people seem not to fully justify every single bit that is needed to be done.
But when you look at it plainly, people seem to forget the factor of having the right people say what the budget is needed rather than taking them into consideration from the outside point of view.

Of course, with that price tag, you can't justify ever exposing one to danger, like flying in air shows. And never, ever let one near a combat zone.
