|If you are in CA, send this to your Legislators and the Governor
Demand the California Legislature stop delaying and pass the Homeowner Bill of Rights here: www.HomeownersNotBanks.com.
Responsible, middle-class families have been devastated by the unethical and abusive practices of the Big Banks throughout the mortgage crisis. Countless tragedies lie in the wake of their greed and recklessness, but the story of Norman and Oriane Rousseau takes it to a new low.

this is not an isolated incident.. I personally know of two men who committed suicide after foreclosure. one was a vietnam viet and the other was a young man in his 30's. Both had families who loved them dearly. My cousin's husband also came close to suicide attempt after their home went into foreclosure and if he didn't have two very young children I think he would have attempted it.
Neither of their stories made the news.. so how many have you heard of ?
