So refreshing to hear Senator Sanders talk about his beliefs...Gives hope for American people...

It was a good speech. He made some interesting points. I think it is good that he talked about all the things that are loved now, but were called socialism when they were first introduced by President Franklin Roosevelt. It was also good that he mentioned Medicare which was also called socialism when it was first introduced by President Johnson.

It is possible that Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party would not stand a chance if Americans were not so afraid of Socialism. As good as this speech was I do not think it will reduce the fear that Americans have of Socialism. However, maybe if Bernie Sanders wins the Democratic Party nomination he could win the national election. I just worry that it will be too easy to convince people that the country will go bankrupt if Bernie Sanders becomes President.
