Of the turduchen and purchase a turducken. It is worth every penny, serves 30 without a problem.

1. Boil a few eggs to hardness stage
2. Get some boneless chicken breasts
3. Debone a whole chicken - really not that hard

Splay open the whole chicken (remember to preserve as much skin as possible).
Put the hard boiled eggs in the center
Surround the eggs with the boneless chicken breast
Form the deboned chicken around the whole thing - look at above video as to how he did it with the turkey - it should look a little like a chicken sausage- slather skin with butter
Start at high temp in oven - 400 till skin crisps- 10 min. or so. Then reduce to 325 for remainder of cooking time
Cook to internal temp of 160
Let cool - slice - great with gravy
