Hangover: Obama's Kill List

The New York Times took a detailed look at the President's Kill List and the mindset behind it, he makes the final decisions, and gets around counting civilian casualties by considering all military age males in a strike zone, as combatants. Then, the push for military intervention in Syria just got a whole lot stronger, after a massacre in Houla where more than 100 people were killed, including many children. And Kofi Annan met with Bashar Al Assad today, in a continuing effort for a diplomatic resolution with the 6 point plan. Bruce Fein, chairman of the American Freedom Agenda and Ret. Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, author of "Operation Dark Heart" join the show.

While they raised excellent points about killing civilians being war crimes, what they did not acknowledge was the legality of the President ordering military strikes as the commander-in-chief of the military. The president can indeed legally order such strikes.

Plus, both of those guys are libertarian/conservatives who's arguments about anything are suspect considering their party's regular allegiance to complete falsehoods. Seriously, how can anyone have any respect for anyone calling themselves conservatives when they are anti-science, anti-equal rights and have lied about everything involving economics for decades? If those 2 guys want any credibility whatsoever they need to take a hard look at what having a (R) next to your name means.

I've emailed RT in the past suggesting that they too lose credibility by having conservatives supposedly argue some point on their network.
