There have been more than 50 mass shootings in the United States in 2016, and we’re still at the beginning of the month of March. And even with President Obama’s recent executive action, it is still far too easy for people to get their hands on deadly weapons.

3. "Mass Shootings" is a very recent categorization, supplanting the older "Mass Murders"....

It will take time before the chief component of the control/banner outlook -- mainstream media -- conditions the public to a new fear. Be assured they are at it full time, but the Newz and Big 3 T.V. aren't the big guys on the block anymore. Gun control is not a "movement," but a rather elitist outlook with little grassroots activism and fund-raising. It must depend on wealthy bankrollers, foundations and the Newz' constant (but archaic) agitprop.
