This analysis of the film will blow your mind as you see the comparisons to life today. The movie is, of course, sci-fi and based upon a hypothetical alien race, but the similarity to the elite that control the world today is remarkably similar. Its interesting to listen to the narrator go through the different aspects of the world we currently live in.

As far as Illuminati goes, one can take it or leave it. In a sense, that is what the fight scene is about and why it is so long. It metaphorically implies how difficult it is to get the truth out. I did point out it is a fictional sic-fi movie by the way.

11. It is definitely a movie worth watching at least once.

It has a very populist, struggling-through-recession working-class perspective, combined with the suspicion of 80's consumer culture, and that damn fight!!

The original short story the movie is based on is actually pretty short, and slightly different. They definitely did their own thing with it, and did it well.
