(2,546 posts)The reality is New York is where Bernie grew up. Hillary is something of a "carpetbagger"... So she had best debate... especially being as "Tough" as she says she is!

signed...Now, let's see if she has the courage to debate Bernie one more time...
Her excuse for not debating? "I am going to be the nominee. I need to concentrate on beating Trump."

(6,551 posts)To date, the debates have all focused on domestic issues. We all know where both candidates on domestic issues. But foreign policy? Not such much. Especially for the Bern.

(21,210 posts)adding forum's practically on a moments notice? At that time Sanders said we should add four more debates and one should be in NY, that was Well over a month ago.
Also remember that the first Dem debate was scheduled AFTER independents or Republicans could switch to Dem to vote in this primary, some people are realizing too late that they had to switch 6 months prior to the election.
Many independents will not be able to vote for Sanders, so Clinton should be more at ease as only registered Dems can vote.
