(21,839 posts)You don't push a button to open a subway car door.
This is an elevated line. Did Hillary make it out to the outer boroughs? Several subway lines run on elevated lines outside of Manhattan.

(51,122 posts)Comedian Seth MacFarlane is a Bernie Sanders supporter but not unconditionally.
MacFarlane, perhaps best known as a voice actor and creator of Family Guy, gave an interview on the Jason Rantz Show, according to MyNorthwest. MacFarlane said he believes the Vermont senators supporters have been unfair to his rival, Hillary Clinton.
I actually am one of the people who has been a little disappointed at the way that, not necessarily the campaign, the supporters of the campaign have treated Hillary, he told Rantz. I think shes been treated a little harshly by the left.

(41,102 posts)as agile and much more cautious in terms of watching while walking and going up any steps like I noticed at a couple Town Halls. Quite a change. It was the same for a friend of ours who broke her pelvis in a fall when she was in her early fifties.
Even after months of therapy, medication and use of a walker for balance and support our friend had difficulty for a long time, was hesitant when managing stairs and took care to avoid uneven surfaces for fear of another fall which is understandable.

(10,494 posts)Hillary in line? What if she had medical/balance issues too?

(2,097 posts)Watch the video. There's no evidence that anyone was pushed aside. There's no pushing seen at all. All we know is that the woman in the red coat enters after Hillary.
See, here's the thing: that tall guy with the Hillary button? I've been him: the guy responsible for guiding an important figure through public space (I work in public affairs for the federal government). Time and time again, I've turned to someone and said, "mind if we go first?" I'm nice about it, and so are other people; most of them are flattered to be asked, especially if they recognize the person I'm with. That's not arrogance or privilege; when you do press work, that's just the drill.
So, nice try. Happy to be voting for Bernie, but on the issues -- not trivial, misleading bullshit like this.

(3,660 posts)She pushed the button, then you see bodies from Hillary's campaign staff. Then you see the girl way back in the back.
How'd that happen?
Proud Public Servant
(2,097 posts)She's asked to step aside, and she did. You do know that the NY subway isn't single-file, right? Notice that she enters RIGHT NEXT TO Hillary; is that someone who's been shoved aside, or just someone who made some room? Seriously, you don't have to take off the tinfoil, but you might want to loosen it a bit.

(3,660 posts)They must have edited out where she was politely asked to move away from where she pushed the button in preparation to board, to step way back there and not be able to board at all. Our mistake. Thanks for pointing it out.
Proud Public Servant
(2,097 posts)She gets on the train right next to Hillary. Where's the pushing?
