School bus riders should be given i.d. cards to ride the bus. When they act like animals
they could be identified before they are able to step off the bus. Better yet, give a cell phone to the monitor & she can alert school security to meet the bus when it arrives.
Kick them off the bus & let their clueless parents drive them to & from school.
This is deplorable.
