1. I see it as white male privilege

when they say they want to "TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK", I know it means back to the 50's, when ALL the power was theirs

3. It's both. Separate but related

Keeping minorities down is a great way to reduce their competition and shift blame to someone else.

And keeping women down reduces competition plus they get lots of other perks at home.

A white woman is not going to be told she's never going to be a real American or arrested for looking suspicious.

A brown male is probably not going to be sexually harassed or paid less for equal work.

Both will be expected to learn our place and stop being so uppity though.

And then there's also class/money privilege that can also be a factor for many but Republicans would rather have people blame the immigrants and feminists and gays and political correctness instead of the 1%.
