She is shaming him for not releasing his tax returns and all Trump has to do to deflect this attack is to point out Hillary still didn't release the Goldman transcripts.

For Hilary to run this ad, is another example of her lack of judgement. Did she not foresee that this now gives Trump the ammunition to accuse her of not releasing her transcripts of her speeches to the financial institutions? You would think she would run away from giving anyone the chance to bring that up. But now, she just gave Trump the perfect reason to bring it up again. Where was her judgement in allowing that ad to run?!
