Both derived from the breakup of Yugoslavia, but different conflicts. Also, it's worth noting that it was a little more complicated than "Serbs bad!" but that would require a thought process beyond "MURIKA!" so it wasn't exactly coming out of TOm Brokaw every night.

More to the point, whether there were snipers taking pot shots during the war isn't relevant to the discussion at hand, because we know for a fact, thanks to video evidence of Clinton's visit, that they were not shooting at her as she describes. At all. Not once.

Also you're asking people to prove a negative. While ignoring hte positive proven, that what Hilalry Clinton claims happened is very evidently not what happened at all.
