1. I see it all the time.

Because I don't have a cell phone and do not use social media.
People walking around with their eyes fixed on their cell phone never looking around.
It's weird IMO.

2. What 'culture' would that be exactly?

3. Exactly. What culture would we be talking about? The commercial culture,

which has turned us all into shopping automatons already, each out for himself? Or the bragging macho culture? Or the dolled-up hooker culture? Hard to decide which one is the worst.
