benefits by this? Who is making a profit? The Chinese government? If this was the US, than maybe, but its China. No one there benefits from this.

The camera operator decided to film just in case some stuff happens and got a perfectly framed shot of some perfectly executed ass kicking?

It could be an ad for self defense classes or something like that. It looks great but it probably staged.
