Arrive Late. Have them focus for over an hour on your Empty Podium; to build suspense; and to fill the Air time with color and continuous talk about the Candidate. Trump is a media master. This is a Hitlerian tactic. Building suspense. Having the media talk longer about you, therefore you must be important.
