I've gone into the fray of running for and being elected to local office, winning 6 out of 7 races. I served while learning many, many lessons. Most of the on the job training you get is irreplaceable for the best life skills one can have IF ONE IS TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF DEMOCRACY.

My challenge is for everyone reading this to get involved. Be the ball, as Chevy Chase said in Caddyshack.
