3. For those who do not know....

This character.."Brain" stared in an animated series. "Pinky and the Brain"...very funny and satirical..

These characters were originally seen in a series called, "Animaniacs" which appeared in the mid 90s and had large following from adults as well as youngsters..Animaniacs was funny and also very satirical as it made fun of almost everyone from the Queen of England to Star Trek..It was on for 4 or 5 seasons with about 90 original episodes and Pinky and the Brain were part of that series before they got their own show.. A viewer might need to see a number of shows to see the full extent of the satire and humor, but it is fun and without doubt in my mind (as an animation fan) one of the best ever on TV..

If you got 7 minutes to view an entire toon from Animaniacs this one is one of the best...It is called "Potty Emergency" and is about just that. You can get a flavor of what that series was about..This appeared on network TV..Pinky and the Brain are not in it..but this is an outstanding example of the writing, direction and comedy as well as satire of a very common situation...as seen on Amimaniacs..
