Trade wars: Trump exploiting TPP schism within the DNC

Hillary Clinton has come out against the TPP. Why are people fighting Bernie on standing against TPP in the Democratic Platform? Why not take this issue away from Trump?

• Democratic U.S. presidents getting and/or pushing trade: Bill Clinton (NAFTA); Barack Obama (TPP)
• Republicans passing trade: NAFTA (1994)

It is no wonder U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Arizona) wants to pass TPP as does U.S. President Barack Obama (D-Illinois).
