Sounds nice, however, sometimes you only get one chance - before a situation turns ugly, and you're dead.

I'm fine telling potential recruits the job is risky and must be done within certain parameters. If they can't live with that, they are free to pursue exciting careers in the private security industry.

Fishing is more dangerous than policing. And yet people still become fishermen.
