Or it's the good guy with a gun who gets shot by police and other good guys with guns.
Someone is going to get shot because of this policy.
The only thing I know of for sure is that federal law enforcement agencies are training for this exact scenario. How to tell who should be shot during a chaotic mass shooting. And to shoot to kill or to wound first.
One thing no one can explain to me is that police officers can always identify themselves and show a badge or whatever. How does a civilian good guy identify himself? "I'm a good guy, don't shoot!"?
There have already been cases where the first cops arriving on scene thought the shooter was a cop because he wore tactical gear.
Shit like this just makes things worse. Texas already is heavily armed yet still has a lot of shootings. So much for the armed society is a polite society.
