To sum it up:
Reagan: Bad at being president. Good at telling people he's great.
Carter: Good at being president. Bad at telling people he's great.
I thought he was going to talk about order NSDD 77.
NSDD 77 created a propaganda department, if a US citizen said something nice about Reagan then they would shower you with praise and money and if you said something bad about Reagan they would ruin your life.
To this day there are still people who liked Reagan and can't explain why.
I don't know when it ended. I would love to hear him talk about it.
I know it's a bit off topic but I think more people should know.
It's delightfully vague.
