but at this point I would love for the next president to be Mitt Romney. It won't happen, but it would be so much better than what we are facing now.

We are stuck with Trump. No one is going to take a stand against this. No one. Not the CIA. Not the Democratic or Republican Parties. Not the DOJ. Not We the People. We are stuck in this nightmare & they will jerry rig the system so we never get out. I honestly believe we passed a tipping point with this election. Our republic as we knew it, is over.

This election, or whatever you want to call it, signals the end of America as a world leader and a great democracy.

what we should probably understand is the fact that in that 2014 elections were rigged also because too many questionable circumstances took place but no one questioned the results...(it was too damn easy). Just like 2000 and 2004 Democrats will give us a hell of a lot of lip service bullshit but nothing will be done because many Democrats in Congress are eating from the same trough as the Republicans...DWS the DNC chair at the time ran from any thing that would have challenged the results.

This 2016 Election raid and theft did not just happen in 2016..This no doubt was in the planning stages for years..The voter suppression laws passed by the Republican States and many approved by the SCOTUS,was all part of the big picture..Its like after Bill Clinton won two terms Republicans vowed that they would win in 2000 one way or another.2008,and 2012 elections were won by the best campaign organization in history and the reason Republicans could not touch Obama
.

WTF..they have not scheduled any hearing about interference by Russia until Congress returns in January..This is a matter of National Security and .. and we are suppose believe Democrats are really going to do any thing about the Hijacking of our Democracy?

The penalty to electors for voting their conscience is far less than the penalty for having a Russian occupation. Plus, aren't all these Repug electors millionaires anyway? A little fine won't bother them.

I don't think most post-McCarthy Repugs can face the idea of a Putin takeover of America, even if they hate all the brown, female, LGBT, or non-wealthy people in it.
