His communications were outside the norm of his Senate duties, and he LIED about them during his confirmation hearing.

He can probably get away with that -- """"technically""" --- because of the Senate rules about how Senators are allowed to talk shit without penalty (Remember Mike Gravel reading the Pentagon Papers, which were classified, in open session?) but this guy is the AG--the Upholder of Law. He's also in charge of the FBI, and he's DIRTY.

So though he might be able to "technically" avoid punishment, he's irreparably tainted. He has absolutely NO credibility.

If he doesn't step down, he needs to be dogged until he can't stand it anymore.
