Still no pictures on the ground at the Syrian airbase

but it sounds like the Trump/Putin/Assad bromance is over.

I'm thinking more and more that Asshole isn't fully in charge any more, with Bannon's ouster followed by this.

I mean, this attack coming right after Pig Pen Bannon was chucked out of the NSA, replaced by two dim but generally harmless wingnuts? Pig Pen was far from harmless.

I smell a bigger rat than you do.

Still, this was just a shot across the bow, so far, even though Syrian media are howling about many civilian casualties. I'm going to let the ripeness develop for a few days, honestly, before I start spouting any of my own theories about the whiplash inducing change of policy.
