is predicated upon Republicans originating and honestly examining the mental health of Herr Trumpenfuhrer. Would anyone like to figure out the odds of that happening?
It would certainly change the political/religious tone in the White House though. We'd then be under the authority of a fundamentalist christian who's main goal would be to enact a Sharia law type of christianity in our country. The religious right would attempt to smother the government , and the American people, with every extreme, whacked out fundie notion they've been dreaming of since the Reagan administration. The fundie's have been waiting for this opening for decades. They'd see it as divine intervention, and certainly wouldn't squander their opportunity to remake the government into a faith-based entity. So maybe the Republicans WOULD closely examine Trump's mental capacity, depending on which direction they'd want the government to be directed, and for what purposes. 
I think I'd rather have the Russiagate investigations bear a bumper crop of fruit, and clear out the entire Trump cabal. We might then be stuck with a moron like Ryan as President, but he'd be a moron who could be manipulated and neutered legislatively. The Republican 'brand' would be in the toilet at that point, and the door would be opened for a WELL ORGANIZED and GRASS ROOTS DIRECTED Democratic party. The elitist directed Democratic party would have to change completely for many Americans to trust them again.
