I am shocked reporter was even allowed to get a question with Putin? It was also very bizarre/discomforting to hear Putin speak about our Constitution for some reason.

You are making the erroneous assumption that Putin says what he thinks.

What tRump says is everything and anything, especially depending on the audience and who spoke to him in the last ten minutes.

What he does is all important.
