I've known about this case for years, as I rather like WWII history, especially naval history, which mostly concerned the Pacific war. There was never any doubt in my mind about the Tokyo Rose case. It was rubbish.

(27,311 posts)4. I worked for the boss of the multiple Tokyo Roses when I was living in Japan.
He worked for the propaganda department during the war. He was president of the school where I taught English. If Ms D'Aquino was imprisoned, he also should have been, as he was the one issuing the orders and in charge of the scripts. But he got a gig running a school to teach Japanese government officials English so they could communicate with the occupation authorities.
