3. When someone outsources there maintenance to a third party to cut costs

then that landing says a lot about the character of the oversight of the process which it operates under, with the attitude of know nothing and I see nothing, just do it cheaply, for a profit.

He got that airline when Lorenzo needed to sell it, after Lorenzo screwed the employees at Eastern, to break the unions

They (pilots) could not release the nose gear when they did not get three green lights saying the gears were down and locked, they had two and one red one.
Trump is just like his former airline, full of SH*T. I find it inexcusable that when a plane takes off and lands that those gears should go down, and did not even in an emergency, there is handle in the cockpit to get them to free fall, it failed, just like the traitor.

As for the FAA, I don't know about you, but I don't like third party maintenance doing the work on airplanes, when there are men and woman in this country working for the airlines (in shop) that can do the job, I hope you realize that some firms such as Southwest and United and Delta, and America have worked being done on AC outside the country where people working on the aircraft don't have to be licensed, all they need is to have one person to be licensed and able to read and understand English, to sign off the log book, and the FAA is understaffed, because of Congress not funding the oversight and blaming the FAA as lacking in its duties, that is just BS, when they don't have enough inspectors "all around" to make sure that airplanes like that B-727-200 was being maintained.

4. The single most worst idea EVAH!

Privatizing the FAA will give the new owners the power to hold all the airlines hostage. Cost of flying will go up significantly because airlines will charge a higher fee because the FAA owners will be charging higher fees. Soon, airlines will go out of business if they are not struggling to find travelers now. There will be a scale back of business travelers from lots of companies due to rising costs. What privatization do you know have kept costs down? Most accidents will occur because safety regulations will go out the window. What a piece of tuRdump who thinks only of how he is alone affected. It's not a sad anymore, it's a stupid, stupid, stupid.

5. Every time a person gets on plane, they are living the real life fact of segregation

the ones that can't pay for the extra inch(s) in between seats get screwed.

I worked in the industry for over 25 years, and when people understand the correlation of what happened in the trucking industry an what is unfolding in the airline industry, neither one of them should have been deregulated, because it would have forced the carriers to go to small airports they normally don't go to.

All one has to do is look at what happened over in England when they sold of the train system, it failed, and now Corbyn wants to nationalize the system the way it use to be, the best in the world, and more efficient, but not in our country they want to demolish Amtrak, or put high speed service between cities to compete against the airlines-----------go figure.

This character and his crones and the media don't want us to now that we the taxpayers paid for that infrastructure in the first place, and that money should go back into "our " government to reinforce that infrastructure, instead of giving FEES to go on our already paid for projects, that is just absurd, if they want to build an airport so be, but don't come to us for a hand-out.
I am really tired of hearing about this capitalist system sh*t.

It just like the arena's popping up for these ass*** owners, same thing have taxpayers paid the bulk of the stadium and then charge a fee for the admittance, great scam, and then they get tax breaks for over 20 years, while tax payer is shoveling the sh*t to pay off the bond.

Right now the owners of the Oakland Raiders "owes" Alameda County 95 million dollars on the stadium lease that the taxpayers footed the bill on, this ass**** doesn't want to pay, but he wants to play there until they get a new stadium built in Nevada, my answer to the owner pay the bill and you can play here, but if your not, then you can't play------------problem solved
