NK has artillery all along the border and ready to fire on SK at any time. NK's nukes are in the north, and because the artillery is right on the border of SK, trump can't nuke there.

border crossing from NK into China if something happens. Yes, I know about the NK border artillery and it's a no-win situation. Trump is a sociopath. He does not feel anything for people. It's hard to predict what he might do IMO.
