(258,847 posts)I'm glad to see he's making the rounds again - and this time he's much more relaxed, no pressure. I have trouble imagining the Gore of 2000 doing "pick up lines" on a late night show...
And I'd certainly vote for him again, too!

(258,847 posts)I wish I was that close! And that is very cool, he really has found his calling and it's great that he's making the rounds. I was lucky enough to see President Clinton when he came to my little burg (NY-20) to campaign for Kirsten Gillibrand in 2006, but it was SRO and I didn't get that close. Though I have to say he's a charismatic speaker. Al Gore is now fulfilling his role of elder statesman, as well.
