MA Moves to Require Presidential Candidates to Release Tax Returns

1. That would probably go to the Supreme Court

2. Yes it would be a good thing if ALL candidates,

even progressive ones, released their taxes when they declare their candidacy.

3. It would be prudent for our Dem legislature in Ca to pass a bill ASAP,

Probably faster than the Proposition route. Also save Californians the agony of a Koch Bros/Dark Money saturation propaganda campaign against it.

Anybody running for any position which can determine or influence tax policy on any level should automatically show Americans their own returns....source of revenue, loopholes etc. It's just common sense.
