Some people just like Trump, no matter what he does, because they think he's like them. Being like Trump is not a good way to be, if you ask me; and the personality that the cult follows is a remarkably nasty one. So WTF is wrong with so many people? How did they get to be followers of a right asshole?

That's my thinking based on a lot of evidence and observation. That would be the knee-jerk cult. They hate when you call them racists as they say Obama was a muslim and a disaster with ridiculous arguments over minor stuff or lies.

Regarding likeability, my brother is not racist and not a "cult" follower, but used to watch Republican debates because he thought Trump's insults and Don Rickles routine were hysterical. He might be perceived as little thick but he's not. He's also well informed. He just cognitively perceives things differently - just less empathetic on that spectrum and more self-centered than a democrat.

- especially the alt-right and more racist supporters if he keeps DACA, doesn't try building a giant wall fortress and keeps working with dems.

After he initially announced he was eliminating DACA (that's what they heard), on social media they launched into passionate cut throat race based railing against "illegals". His reversal, and agreement with "libtards" that they're hard working and should stay, makes him seem like a traitor to the white cause. It's like if he was for raising taxes on the wealthy for conservatives. That wound runs deep.

But then saying in the comments that they aren't revoking their support of him, they're just trying to send him a message.

Cultism at it's finest.
