I've been saying for two decades (and I'm not even a scientist) that if we continue to act in the same manner as we have been, the planet itself will do an ecobiological Gramm-Rudman on all of humankind.

reverse climate change. Now the efforts need to focus on not adding to it and to get countries (especially ours) to start preparing for what is happening now and getting worse...that is the reality. Building cities and moving people, changing economies, migration, diseases, food, wars, etc. are all going to be changed, created and effected by climate change and that is just the beginning of a long list.
