MLK Moving Final Speech - Right to Protest

This speech is memorable for many things, but the initial part addresses first amendment rights in forceful terms.

I thought of it in relation to Trump's statements on Colin Kaepernick.

Things like "free speech zones", set up to contain protests to a specific area, usually out of the way and out of sight, are an example. Plus, the whole idea of "right of way" suddenly becomes the most important right for the police to defend, more so than any other rights a protester may have. I often wonder how many protesters get arrested for not moving fast enough for a policeman in riot gear shouting commands into their face?
