I disagree. They'll get a little something. That's how Bush got the middle class to swallow it. Honeycombe8 Sep 2017 #3

So my faith in the Republicans is greatly re-enforced! (I know, I know, you were being sarcastic!)

I've never watched even a clip of this show before so maybe this has already been covered. Is it always this bad?

A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.

The middle class will get a bone tossed to it, and Trumpers will scramble to grab up the pieces of chicken scraps. This is how the rich will get the middle class to accept the huge tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations.

This is what the Bush Jr. admin did, to get the public not to revolt. Tax cuts for the rich. In the middle of conducting multiple wars that needed funding, tax cuts that weren't paid for, and in the midst of closing vet hospitals no less. Did it work? You bet it did! Because the masses don't pay attention. They were thrilled they got this little check in the mail!

So the plan has been tested. It works. Expect a repeat. Also a repeat on the $1 Trillion Dollars the Bush tax cuts added to the deficit.
