Elizabeth Warren demolishes another Trump swamp monster on the floor of the senate. This time it's the appointment of corporate lobbyist Randal Quarles, who was responsible for overseeing Wall Street in the years leading up to the 2008 financial crisis, to oversee the Federal Reserve.
