These bastards aren't stupid. Like Bush, they made sure most people get a crumb or two - and that's what Democrats need to remind people of:

You're getting a crumb or two (if that), while Cheeto, the narcos, and the banksters get millions at your expense - 'cause guess who's going to pay for this mess.
