1. Oh, Please. Like that would help at all.
He'd suddenly start having as many memory problems as Sessions.

12. Except for all of the existing videos
One thing a prosecutor could do would be to ask Trump a question. When Trump claims he can't remember, got to the video.
"Now, Mr. President. How can you explain your previous public statements?" |

16. Donald J. Trump
lies as easily as he breaths. Under oath means nothing to him.

5. A liar of drumpfs magnitude
Doesn't care about being under oath. A bible, to him, is probably just a bound stack of paper that he can't spend.

8. Congenital liars do
not recognize truth. Truth is what they deem it to be. tRump is "King of the World" and you would be wise to recognize that!! hope he has a miserable Christmas worrying about Mueller's investigation. He skirted the law for so many years, it is time for a recconing. Actually, it is well past time. Repulsive excuse for a human being needs to be brought to justice.

9. an artful con
Has years of dodging the truth and answering , and excuses from years and years of doing this, and now he'd abuse any laws he could claiming executive privilege, or like Jr lawyer client, or many other little ways to refuse to answer. His being under oath in it self would be dismissed by him claiming something , and using excuses. Cons are very ,very good at finding ways from telling or admitting the truth, as we see now with his fake news while he spews propaganda for his rubes , and repeats the biggest lies several times to reinforce them into people's minds, like hitler and others have used. They do it because on some people it works. Getting him under oath will be interesting , if they can, which i think he'll refuse, and take it to the highest court where he'll lean on his people to squash it for him. Dictators don't do under oath, unless they are in custody .

I think sedition is a serious enough matter for which to obtain a deposition.
