Neil, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne, Cat Stevens and Joni Mitchell and Jesse Colin Young were my awakening to how music can move people. There was some awesome talent from the late sixties thru the early seventies...

I live in Grass Valley and heard he owns a ranch in the county, wonder if it is the same as he sings about, the old man being the ranch hand. Great song, and memories of being 20 and dreaming of California to where I came at 21 from Philly!
