I didn't know that can happen to a sitting president (illegal one to boot).

It would be refreshing if Mueller could expose Russia and the Republican Party and their donors of the stealing and cheating of the ECs in November 2016. Also, cross board stealing and cheating re: house and senate.

4. There is nothing in the Constitution that prohibits a sitting president from being indicted.

If we live by the principle that no one is above the law, then it's reasonable to assume that a president can be subject to law enforcement measures and can be accused of criminal behavior just like any other citizen. It is the president's responsibility to abide by the laws. S/he can't blame others for h/h own behavior and expect to get special treatment just because he's in a position of power. If we are governed by the Rule of Law, then there are no exceptions.

were used to interfere with the electoral system, it is an utter farce to say that because he has succeeded in illegally gaining the presidency, that he can't be prosecuted because he succeeded.

It is also ludicrous that the republicans - who are so fervent on removing the right to vote from convicted felons, see it as no impediment to sitting as president

it means Democrats wiping the floor with the Republicans on November 6. Right now the GOP is worried, with good reason. They've lost all Independents and probably some old-style Republicans. I know quite a few Republicans who HATE Trump and the way the GOP has his wretched back. Whether that means they'd vote Democratic, or not vote at all, remains to be seen.

Infect the body politic. Leave behind a host of parasites and viruses.

Leave "public service" to spend more time with God, Family, Prostitutes, Money, Vlad. It's OK because the congress-critters meager salary and tiny retirement fund was matched 500% by the koch-ussr conglomerate.

The democrats/liberals can come behind and clean up our messes, once again.

or Trump firing Mueller, every single day for months.

In reality, we will be lucky if Mueller declares Trump an unindicted co-conspirator.

unless it involved the most serious of crimes.

I expect several indictments all ready to go, maybe 2 or 3 by summer, and more after the election.

The major push will not happen until all the horses are in line to pull the chariot.

...to present what he knows to the people of America in plenty of time for them to make decisions in the midterms, as this is by far the most crucial midterm election in my lifetime and possibly in our history. I hope Mueller realizes this and responds appropriately.

This is not just about law. It is about the people's right to know who they are voting for.

I am hoping for the sake of our democracy (such as it is) that repub legislators are exposed as obstructors and/or traitors.
