The accompanying text said Trump insisted this photo be published (before he was president), probably to show her off -- "Look what I'm screwing!"

And that's not how I think of him, he has an infectious smile. 
That said, thanks for posting this! Seth Meyers is preempted by the Olympics and Colbert and The Daily Show - which I usually post for the humorous take on the unsettling news - are all in repeats this week. So this is very welcome! 
However, no matter great they make his body look anything with that ass-ugly face is scary. 
Whenever they give that title to Trump on the news I can't help but cringe. Since he isn't really doing the job the only way I'd accept it is if they used air quotes! 
I still haven't listened to a full Trump speech, rally, press conference since he announced for office.
I can't deal with him either, he's just too offensive. If he's on TV, I have to change the channel. During the campaign, I got reacquainted with Murder, She Wrote, used to watch that with my grandmother. I figured once the campaign was over, I'd never have to see or hear him again.
